  A great Manitoba destination! Beautiful to walk around, go for a swim, or have a family picnic. This is truly one of Manitoba's great outdoor attractions. It can be an easy walk for anyone with mobility concerns, or challenging over the rocks, crevasses, and rapids. Great historical information as well. Definitely worth the drive from Winnipeg.

  Nice place for relaxing hiking and enjoying the out doors. We hiked about 17 kms on the new Trans-Canada trail. Very enjoyable and easy hike. Nice history of the old Pinawa dam.

  Beautiful place to explore, have picnics. There's picnic areas set up all around on the smooth rocks by the water. You need a park pass to explore these areas. There's no over night camping here.

  Exactly what this kind of place should be like. You get to explore the old dam and spillway structures up close with pathways over the rocks and right up onto the old structures themselves. Huge hulking industrial remains that are being taken back over by nature makes for an interesting juxtaposition.

  My boyfriend and I have done two kayaking trips here, and had so much fun. I recommend driving two cars for a drop off and pick up ! A couple rapids but nothing crazy past the swinging bridge
